I've dropped/flung my phone 5 times in the last week (once in a TSA line, another time in the parking lot, another onto a cement floor, etc, etc, etc)... I drop my phone ALL the time. And every time I pick it up, in perfect shape, I end up showing it to someone nearby, praising JoyMerryman for the best phone cases made.
